Open Energy Tracker

Open-data plattform tracking the progress of energy policy targets

The Open Energy Tracker is an open-data platform that tracks the progress of energy policy targets in several countries. It started initially as the “KoavTracker” in Germany, focusing on the coalition agreement of the “traffic light” government (2021-2024). We later renamed it into “Open Energy Tracker” to reflect its broader scope, which now includes additional countries such as France and Australia. Wolf-Peter Schill and I developed the platform together with DIW-colleagues and external contributors.
